Q. Is Pixel chasing LED strip priced per metre?
A. Yes, Pixel chasing LED strip is priced per metre, add as much as you need into your cart ready for check-out.
Q. If I select 18 metres of strip into my cart will this come as 18 x 1 metre lengths or one length of 18 metres?
A. If you select 18 metres this will be dispatched as 1 x 18 metre piece of strip, unless you let us know otherwise.
Q. Does the strip come with soldered cable tails?
A. When ordering multiples of 20 metres, this product includes cable tails that are soldered. For instance, if you order 40 metres, you will receive 2 x 20 metre reels, each with a 2 metre cable tail already soldered at no extra cost.
For quantities less than a 20 metre reel, select the soldered cable tail onto LED strip light option, via the bespoke options link below, this includes up to 2 metres of cable soldered onto your LED strip light. For longer cable tails, please notify our team.
Q. Can I cut the strip down?
A. Yes, you can cut along the cut points on the strip every 125mm.

Priced by the metre for a maximum single run length of 24 metres - (If longer run lengths over 24 metres are required, contact us for advice on how best to install this).
LED strip is dispatched as one continuous length as per order quantity -Uncut, unless otherwise stated.

Alternatively, leave details and measurements for cut to measure LED strip & required length of soldered cable tails in the special instructions box provided at checkout (remember to select the correct cable & solder operation before completing your order).
