Placing an Order

You can place orders online 24 hours a day, seven days a week from anywhere within mainland UK. Free UK delivery on orders over £275.00 ex VAT.

Dispatch & Delivery

Monday to Thursday (before 1:00pm):
Dispatched same day via UPS for standard next business day delivery.
Please note: UPS usually deliver our parcels on time, but next business day delivery is not always guaranteed - However, we can assist with tracking your parcel throughout.
Friday to Sunday:
Dispatched Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
Cut-to-measure and bespoke LED strips: 1-3 business days.
Off-the-shelf LED strip lights and other products: Next business day.
Aluminium profiles: Next business day, or 1-3 business days if cut-to-measure (during busy periods).

Shipping Charges

- Standard shipping is calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the order value and product type.
- A surcharge applies to 2m lengths of aluminium profile.
- Additional shipping options, including pre-9am, pre-12pm and same-day courier services, are available on request. Any additional charges will be agreed with you before dispatch.
